MP Associates Inc. (MPA) has been in the business of conference services, management and exhibit programs for over twenty-five years and has been successful and profitable by forming relationships and partnerships with people associated with outstanding events. MPA can see that American Society of Echocardiography (ASE) is another outstanding event that has the potential to grow and be even more successful under our management and leadership. MP Associates, Inc. was formed in 1984 to provide management services for the ACM/IEEE Design Automation Conference (DAC), which served the then nascent market of Electronic Design Automation (EDA) software. Since then, MPA has managed DAC and many events sponsored by professional societies including the Institute for Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) and Accellera. Conferences managed include the International Microwave Symposium (IMS), the International Conference on Computer Aided Design (ICCAD), Design and Verification Conference (DVCon), and numerous smaller workshops and symposia. In addition, MPA was the management company for the inaugural EURO-DAC, which eventually merged into Design and Test Europe (DATE).

Over the last twenty-five years, MPA has progressively taken on both additional clients and additional event support functions. Today we are a full-service company providing services and management for exhibitions, venue selection, event registration, conference logistics, electronic paper submission and review, seminar and meeting programs, databases, promotion and websites. Over the years, conference and exhibition requirements have undergone tremendous change. Technology has reshaped how people conduct business, collect information, and interact with each other. MPA is constantly adapting to these changes and investing heavily in IT infrastructure while staying focused on maintaining unchanging principles of excellent customer service and personal commitment to attendees, exhibitors, and association clients. MPA has received a 4.8 rating on a 5 point scale from exhibitor event satisfaction surveys. The next closest contractor is rated at 4.3.

Our staff has grown from fifteen to nineteen, dedicated professionals in the last two years and has over 130 years combined experience in providing seamless event management using systems and experience to add value, recognition, and education to clients by leveraging relationships, through face to face interaction. We have a significant network of affiliations with major visitors' bureaus, convention centers, hotel companies, decorators and other support services critical to event success. These relationships, when combined with the infrastructure MPA has built, allow us to support events of all sizes and service requirements efficiently and effectively. MPA has developed valuable relationships with the best sub-contractors in the tradeshow industry which allows us to provide outstanding services to exhibitors at the most cost competitive price.
